I actually went to go test drive a Jeep Liberty (U know me and Jeeps!) ended up driving a Compass and a Ford Escape. But when I test drove this Hyundai SantaFe- it was so smooth! I loved it! Dan gave us an amazing deal on the Jetta... and we left in the SantaFe!
I was so happy to have something a little larger for the trip to SD. We got this Tuesday night, and left for SD that Saturday morning. It rides great- Ok gas mileage for a V6- and I don't have to worry about it dying and needing to find a tow company at 10pm. ugh.. the memories....

I LOVE the look of these new crossovers. It sounds like it's really nice to drive, eh? What kind of mileage are you getting? ('cause gas mileage is more important than calorie intake right now).
Well- on our trip we averaged about 24/25. A little less in the city, of course. But- if you can fit everyone and everything... I am good. The Santafe drives nicely. Has a little umph when I need it. Corners great. All around- its a nice vehicle!
